  All Puppies Come With:

 • A.K.C , C.K.C or A.P.R registration papers.
 • One year health guarantee. (see below, terms)
 • Health Certificate (If puppy is shipped)
 • Puppy Carrier (If puppy is shipped)
 • Lost or Stolen puppy. (see below, terms)
 • Complete physical examination by a licensed vet.
 • Current shots. If puppy is being held beyond 15 weeks.
    3rd round is the responsibility of the buyer.

  HEALTH GUARRANTEE:

The purchase of ANY puppy is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Health/ Replacement: All puppies sold by Darlene Ciomperlik will come with current shots up to 14 weeks, deworming and physical exam. A shot record is included with each puppy. No puppy will be replaced that fails to have the proper veterinary care. All puppies must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours of purchasing the puppy. A copy of the exam (NOT THE BILL) must be mailed to the seller within 3 weeks of purchase date for any guarantee to be valid. Guarantee starts at the date of actual purchase.

Congenital Defects: If your puppy develops a condition that dates back to the fetal stage and this condition would severely impact the quality of life short of euthanasia; you will receive a replacement puppy.

Death: Incase of death, an autopsy stating the cause of death would be required before a replacement puppy. No money is ever refunded. No replacement can be made until A.K.C , C.K.C or A.P.R registration papers are returned.

This guarantee is VOID if puppy is bred before it reaches 12 months old.

This contract is for the person purchasing the puppy. It is null and VOID if transferred to another person.

In the event that this guarantee is exercised it would be subject to the availability of another litter. It could take up to one full year.

Lost or Stolen puppy: If your puppy is ever lost or stolen within the 1st year of purchasing the puppy you will be entitled to a 10% credit towards another one with us. A police report must be filed within 48 hours. This report must be mailed within 1 week. This is also subject to the availability of another litter. It could take up to one year.

Application must be filled out correctly before the delivery of any puppy for any of the guarantee, shipping info, payment info to be enforced. In case that it is not filled out correctly, it voids the guarantee and delivery of the A.K.C , C.K.C or A.P.R registration papers.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

1. The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee adult size, color, and temperament. Nor does breeder guarantee fitness for breeding.
2. ALL hernias (naval & ingle) will be repaired before leaving if found by my vet. Hernia repairs do not warrant return of money as it is not life threatening & in no way interferes with quality of life of the puppy.
3. A.K.C , C.K.C or A.P.R registration papers will be supplied or mailed as soon as breeder receives them.
4. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
5. Puppies sold MUST remain on Canidae all life stage food for 1 year, if not guarantee is null and void.
6. All Puppies sold, Buyer MUST mail a copy of new puppy check up (VET CHECK UP) to Darlene Ciomperlik with in 2 weeks after purchase, if not guarantee is null and void.
7. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions and not fulfilled.

All disputes will be handled in San Antonio
in mediation at the cost of the Customer
